Da hab ich mich doch tatsächlich geirrt. Postcovid spielt schon noch rein, aber als mir am Donnerstag auffiel, dass ich seit Tagen kalte Hände und Füsse hatte und Leute im T-Shirt rumlaufen, während ich Socken, warme Yogahosen und Hoodie trug und trotz wenig essen auch noch Gewicht zulegte statt verlor, nahm ich mir vor, am nächsten Morgen wieder mal die Basaltemperatur zu messen. War ja klar, mit 35.2°C ist frau einfach näher am Winterschlaf eines Bären oder wie ein welkes Blümchen als in der lustvollen Aktivität eines Menschen im Sommer. Ich war während einer Umstellung der Schilddrüsenhormone in eine massive Unterfunktion gerutscht.
Aber auch Hashimoto-Unterfunktion im Verbund mit Postcovid ist heftig. Ich hoffe, dass ich mit mehr T3 bald mal wieder aus dem Winterschlafmodus rauskomme.

I was actually wrong about that. Postcovid still plays a role, but when I noticed on Thursday that my hands and feet had been cold for days and that people were walking around in T-shirts while I was wearing socks, warm yoga pants and a hoodie and despite eating little, gained weight instead of losing it, I decided to measure my basal body temperature again the next morning. Of course, at 35.2°C, a woman is simply closer to the hibernation of a bear or like a wilted flower than to the lusty activity of a human being in summer. I had slipped into massive hypothyroidism during a change in thyroid hormones.
But Hashimoto's hypofunction in combination with Postcovid is also severe. I hope to get out of hibernation mode soon with more T3.
